The correct word is "Monegasque", by the way, not "Monacan". I realize some English sources (the more ignorant ones) state it as "Monacan" but they would be laughed at if they ever said it in Monaco.

Most all English language sources give Monacan and Monegasque as valid alternatives. I'm not at all surprised that people there would laugh at anything other than Monegasque. The French are renowned for sneering down their noses at others. I've heard this about French people for decades. And I can tell you its not just an opinion widely held by Americans but one held by many nationalities.

You are talking about International Criminal Court, which Bush recently undermined, I guess. That is ICC. This is ICJ. There are quite a few countries who have not accepted ICJ's jurisdiction.

Yes indeed. Tax haven is exactly what I was talking about when I said Monaco likely existed to provide tax angles of benefit to certain wealthy folks.

You got to show everybody your rock-bottom ignorance and incredibly shallow personality that is incapable even of shame - shame that of the remarks of a fellow American on your comment, shame that you are so ignorant about other parts of the world, shame that you keep talking about (rather aggressively, in fact) on subjects you know nothing about.
