It is also true that you settled with ZiaSun in a cybersmearing and Internet stock manipulation lawsuit in which you and others were accused of "disseminating false statements and ``press releases'' over the Internet". The posts that contained all the details were removed even though they contained the truth. This isn't about whether posts are true or false. It is about your being permitted to get away with spamming this thread with garbage when another poster was penalized. God Bless America...yes, it's a free country and people are free to play politics....and post irrelevant garbage on Internet message boards. They are also free to short stocks of companies trading at a Price Earnings ratio divided by their growth of 0.3, no matter how stupid that may be.
