I only say its possible, not that i think we'll see it anytime soon..first off propping up the Kmarts and World coms has to end before any real recovery can take place. As far as interest rates and bull markets go i don't think theres a true correlation between the two..take recent history for example, we had rising rates in the midst of a bull mania and falling rates in the current bear..Counters the myth that low interest rates are needed for a bull market...All imo
