well the way they have the stores set up around nashville is you can either do it two ways...the old way where you put your order into silent sam or now they have a little "2x2" pack of papers in front of each item they sell...what you do is grab a tag from each displayed product you want to buy, take the slips to the register, the cashier rings it all in and then you go to the roller thing in the back of the store and pick up your order...this way you don't have to remember numbers or enter anything into a computer...the overhead conveyor thing is a project they are thinking about for the future...the pull tag system is a big improvement...
