Don't even try to defend your mate, or the zsun postings. Everybody knows pretty well that it was a big scam, and floyd perhaps knew a little much earlier thanks to some DD. It is, in my opinion a twisting of facts, if not outright illegal to post the cybersmearing lawsuit without even mentioning what came after. It is, in fact libellous to do that. You should actually know that. Therefore it was absolutely necessary to have the posts deleted.
