Jim: First of all, I must say, you have certainly been on the right
side of the market lately...the big bucks over the last 2 months
have clearly been made by folks betting stocks would drop rather
than rise. However, I think you have still chosen the wrong
stock to short...many NASDAQ stocks with weak fundamentals have
lost 60-80% of their value over the past 2 months, and you are
only at a breakeven point in your SYSF short position I believe.

2 more points...1) If you think someone would rather get a busy signal
for 30 minutes or listen to elevator music for 20 minutes or pay for
a 900-call when SystemWizard could either fix the problem before the
user even realized he had a problem or at least dial up an Internet
site and download a solution automatically, then I think you should
by all means short this stock for all you're worth and stay with your
short over the next year as we find out whether or not SystemWizard
becomes the huge success I think it will.

2) If you do achieve your target price of 12-13, which I hope you don't but in this market, anything could happen--I will be gladly
buying many more shares in this price range.

Good Luck To Us Longs...Jim doesn't appear to need any right now <g>
