I didn't receive such a PM. I got a PM saying that SI would be down for the weekend for maintainence.

If you got a different PM, maybe you could share it with all of us?

BTW, was SI down for 4 days, not a weekend, for anybody else besides me?

Not complaining, just observing. Maybe there was a DNS issue and some people had access on Monday, and some people didn't, because the DNS updates didn't get around everywhere.

I just found it odd that Bob was sweating a more recent several-hour outage, when he had overshot the "weekend" by a couple of days on the initial start-up.

Again, understandable. I'd expected to see some message explaining why the weekend outage lasted longer than anticipated, though.
