BOTHELL, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 2003--ICOS Corporation (Nasdaq:ICOS - News) announced today that it has filed a universal shelf registration statement on Form S-3, with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which, when declared effective, will permit ICOS, from time to time, to offer and sell common stock, par value $0.01 per share, debt securities and convertible debt securities, up to a total value of $150,000,000. |
