Arnie, ATS is a value play. A few observations:

It's selling at a fraction of book and for far less than its $3+/share in cash. The cash is earmarked for spending due in 2005, but its only 2003. Chart looks nice. A runaway handle from the cup formation but there's a gap much lower. Short term looks better than the long term on this one.
