The problem with the Princeton guy is the reasoning is simply wrong. Forget the politics. - Robert P. George is McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence and director of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton University. I would say that a guy with these credentials is presenting one side of the Legal argument. I don't have the Legal BG to say it's wrong, John. I would say, as a Libertarian, that it's wrong. But not legally. I don't think you have the legal BG either.
