I would like to wish everyone good luck for the rest of the year. The last time this all happened in early 2000, I was filled with awe, but not with fear. That cost me dearly. I hope I do a better job this time. (Last time when my portfolio was rising by obscene amounts each day, I told my wife "I can't be that good". Guess what? I wasn't.) More seriously, last year about this time we were getting little news of biotech successes, many IMCLE-type implosions, and an unyielding FDA. Many of those components have changed.
