Hi Janice, Long time, no see... And I do believe he's been interested in horses since his college days. Alas! True... But I haven't wagered on them in years now... <g> let's send Kerry out to find her. She's still around as far as I know. Last I checked, sometime around February or maybe even March, she was still litigating some cases in Superior Court. I haven't checked since then, but I presume that she's still in the vicinity somewhere. I have no idea if she and/or the trust(s) ever responded to the $1000 per day penalties imposed by the court.
