"revitalization of boards here[Silicon Investor]"
.
Toby,
.
I don't speak for SI Admin Bob, but the PM he just sent out
had that saying
"The more things change, the more they return to the same."
.
In the beginning Si was the first and became the best,
then Raging Bull arrived with free posting versus Si pay to post,
and RB grew big time and collected in the mix the good bad & ugly
that eventually cut into Si. We all know the RB types include lots
of not nice stuff, but RB had that free to post style that attracted
lots of people.
.
Let me cut my babble short.
Seems RB may cease to exist based on iHub's Sheriff opinion.
If that does happen, and SI Admin Bob here quickly codes back
into production the Si Registration ability that includes the iHub style
where you can register in a free mode with limited posting on
all stock related threads, then this SI will grow back to where
it was prior to the RB arrivial.
.
iHub is now set up that way, free to post via registration,
but very few RB folks know of iHub, and i;am not sure if
this Si will or not, and if it will allow free posting, the nature
of what threads will have access to these free members since
unlike iHub where only one board per share allowed.
.
Anyway, maybe BobZ can chime in on this :o)
