5/28 "Upside target for this rally is near 1580 which is also expected to terminate the rally and is favored to hold as the highs for the year. Potential range for 2003: High in development (favored to occur near 1580), low 1000-1100. " Not a lot of wiggle for an interpretation BS excuse. Guy has been wrong and simply wont admit it, but I think he is right on this call. Todays 1571, might have been it.
