99.99% sure the "life" of the converts is coming to an end. They either get converted (at a negotiated ratio as only a Polack like me would convert at the original conversion price) or paid off at face value. Probably too close to conversion date for MRVC to try to buy them in the open market. Believe MRVC redeemed a number of the converts months ago at a share price of around $2.50. Personally would not like to see them do it, but could see MRVC using stock to redeem the remaining converts if the price were to get to $4 or $5 a share (or bondholders would let MRVC use this value in determining # of shares per convert.
