Thanks for pointing that out to me. Apparently certain types of accounts were deleted from one of the two tables (in separate databases) they have to exist in for people to be able to log in, and apparently (thanks to your pointing it out to me) have their profiles clickable.

I just went through the manual steps I have to take to make that account work for login, and the profile re-appeared.

I've just sent an email to INSP asking what we can do to programmatically fix this problem for all accounts that have this problem.
