LU has an open window to kick in a reverse split sometime between now and Feb '04. It could be 1 for 10/ 1 for 20 / 1 for 30 or 1 for 40. Or, maybe they won't pull a reverse at all. Time will tell. 4 billion shares outstanding tells me they need a 1 for 10.
