Welcome to the thread. Since you own more shares than most of the management (if you read the fine print, most of their ownership is in options - very few of them have any hard assets invested in the company) why don't you lobby for a seat on the board? Then you could influence how these guys communicate. I think they aren't talking because they have nothing to talk about. They are still treading water, with no big orders to report. Their fiscal year ends this month, and depending on how their salesmen are doing, orders are either being sandbagged for next year or they will be pulling them out of the woodwork to get them in this year. In either case, if you don't hear about a flurry of orders in the next two months, these guys aren't going anywhere soon. I personally find it amazing that they can keep running at a $250 - $300 M annual rate with no major orders. If they ever got a hot tool again, this company would really take off. The question is.....do they have a hot tool? It is beginning to look like technology and time have passed them by, and that they have been locked out by the big boys.
