I am running w98se and have never had that problems with excel 2000. I did have the same problem that Nancy described with the system freezing and more often just droping the connection. However, once I added memory that problem went away.

As forExcel caused a general protection fault in module USER.EXE Take a look at this: computerrepairservice.com
