"What is the connection between glyphosate and foreign affairs?"

Companies which deal with foreign countries also affect foreign affairs. If their claims are not well documented and then found to be less than truthful then their claims fall under the realm of a foreign affairs debate on, for example, pollution. As for the claim that using glyphosate on farms is a different matter, that must be a governmental decision based on the risks and benefits involved. Certainly not based on the company's or the consumers' needs alone.
