Re People Search, I always wondered why SI stopped making it possible to see all the aliases' that a poster had. Some people were changing there name a lot, like 5 or 6 times here on SI.

I noticed earlier that if I did a People Search on someone using their current alias, they weren't found, but it worked fine if I used their original alias.

I don't think it'd really be possible to have a complete listing of alias changes, though. If I remember correctly, administrative logging of alias changes was added in 2000.
