Sorry Ray but you missed the point. It ceased to be "ancient office hanky panky" when the President of the United States of America took an oath to tell the truth and then lied in open court. As far as the stuff about G.W. I don't know if what you say is true. Even if they are, two wrongs don't make a right. Bush's evil deeds do not excuse Clinton's. Clinton degraded the office by his actions.
