I saw Joe Lieberman in person the other day, boy was I disappointed. I like him as a person and a Senator, but I'll tell you today that he won’t be the next President. I've also seen Kerry and Edwards in the last six months, so I know what to expect from these candidates.

You need to listen carefully (like Bill Clinton did) and give positive answer to the question and try to make the person who asked the question like you a bit more after hearing your answer. You also need to exude confidence and have a positive outlook.

When asked a question Senator Lieberman gave the longest answers but didn't always answer the original question.
He did not exude confidence, and he kind of reminded me of Woody Allen running for President.

He said the following three things that really turned me off from his candidacy.

1. He said that he would have handled the relationship with Europe better by signing the Kyoto global warming treaty.

2. He also said that he would have found a way to the US to join in the ICC.

3. He also said that he hears that American backpackers in Europe are putting a Canadian flag on their "backpack" and thus passing themselves off as Canadians.

It doesn't strike me as a good strategy to be campaigning for the European media's vote.

His Energy policy includes something that would liquefy Coal and turn it into Hydrogen for Fuel cells. But no mention of whether he would consider drilling for additional American oil in Alaska.
