You are extremely limited in your thinking here, and such being the case, the above appears to me as being closed minded and simply not true. I suggest, again, Freedom as the best solution.
Obviously, I thought, if you "posited" a case where the two(public good and private good) were necessarily in opposition, you sought an answer to a question which "suggests" that they are, if you will, thank-you. Since they demonstrably are not, an answer would be meaningless. However, since you persist in asking me to pretend that Freedom doesn't work, and that it breeds racial strife, I'll tell you in that case I'd say let's do soemthing that works(like apply government intervention, since you also imply that it should be expected to work). Again, as I said, that answer has no bearing upon reality.
