Good Work Shane, a review of the web sites you suggested added to my
limited knowlege of ADI's business plan. I added to my ADI holdings
based on these reports.

I trying to get to a simpler strategy in trading teck stocks. I maintain
positions in 16 to 20 stocks at any given time. I stopped selling out
positions totally because it was just as easy to guess incorrectly
on a stocks momentum as it was to make a good guess.

When I have a tech stock that had appreciated substancially (+50 to
+100% I sell part of that position to add to companies like ADI, SUNW,
NSM. I sold out early on AMAT at 80 and KLAC at 50 when I thought they
were fully valued, and I was wrong. I suspect that only a reverse
chartist can pick the neat bottoms and neat tops that look so obvious
historically.

Writing covered calls is a safe strategy if your acquisition cost
on a stock is low enough and you are thinking of selling part of your
position to buy something else.

I have no idea where the market in tech stocks is going, but I do
know that the trend for well managed companies is up. Their earnings
may not be all that we want them to be but a good foreward looking
statement does wonders for the stock price.

Another value play you may wish to look at is COHU. Great Earnings,
good book to bill and it pays a dividend.

Thanks for your help, and if you have other stock suggestions like
ADI I would appreciate knowing about them.

Have a good week......Jerome
