Pretty much. The last print is likely - not certainly, but likely - the clean-up; that remaining portion of the order which, owing to time, price, or (as a second-order consequence of these) liquidity conditions, the firm executes directly from inventory.

I also note that the issue has seen notably higher-than-average daily volumes for the last week, hinting (and I emphasize the term 'hinting') that perhaps the institution gave the dealer a week to complete what certainly seems like a sizeable order in relation to average daily trading volume...which might account for the aggressive posture taken toward the end of the session.
