In this case it appears that they weren't used for much of anything. The trailers were bought a dozen years ago when Iraq may have contemplated a biological program, but as our own CIA informants have testified, they gave up the program a decade ago as having more liabilities than benefits. exactly how much were you paid to say that?? I never seem to get those easy jobs.
