I am not that concerned with upper management. I am more concerned about the value of the software. WIND was in a very difficult situation three years ago. Basically 60% of their revenue completely disappeared between the failure of new startups and the over capacity in the telecom sector. I think management has done a strong job rebuilding the company and repositioning the company. My main concern is where are the sales. The value proposition seems so strong for the WIND products that I can't understand why this $23 billion industry isn't moving faster towards outsourcing.
