What do you think of this as a possible scenario? Bush/Cheney re-elected next year. Shortly after the election(maybe six months), Cheney retires for medical reasons(bad heart). Bush appoints Condoleeza Rice as vice-President. 2008, Condoleeza Rice runs as first ever black female candidate for President. I think it would be the Democrats' biggest nightmare.
