I am really counting on their Al forec fill and flow fill OX ( not very low k, better than nothing), once TI or some big boys use them in productin, all CVD W will be replaced by Al, and lots of OX tool will be replaced by flow fill. AMAT and Novellus will lose big market share to TRKN. TRKN can be 500 million company. I heard that TI and Siemans has Beta tool, and is going to purchase more for production. Hope it will happen.
