It means autorefresh of favorites page at user selectable time frames ie 30 seconds, 60 seconds, five minutes etc, and it also provides autorefresh for an individual thread the same way. Very handy. It does sort by most recent post at top of list, but I don't know about alphabetical. You'd have to have a lot of threads bookmarked to find out and I don't.
