Micrel upgraded at JMP Securities - upgrades MCRL to Mkt Outperform from Mkt Perform based on gradually improving fundamentals in the co's analog and power mgmt businesses, which should lead to accelerated rev growth over the next 12-18 months as well as improved operating leverage. Target is $14.
