1. mot will not remain the exclusive phone provider if they sell their 2-way comm. to others. 2.nxtl is going nat'l w/ 2-way not just local any longer. 3.nxtl has significantly lowered its build out costs in the past 2 years; which will continue. 4.currently mot produces more phones for nxtl than any other cust.; they'll have to sell a lot of new phones w/ 2-way to make a dent in nxtl's book of bus. 5. disaster is not just around the corner, just uncertainty and that's where there's money to be made. good luck, LNK
