nobody really supported Bush's tax plan, and the fact that it passed is really just a testament to how weak the democrats are. Its sad really.

There was a 60 minutes piece with Dole v Clinton a few weeks ago. Clinton blew Dole out of the water totally with a statement about healthcare and education upgrades for Iraq that we don't even have in the US. A good democrat could really drive this point home with the people, I'm sure this kind of presentation is exactly how Clinton was able to take G Bush I in 92. But now, there is nobody the dems have to make this case. So we're stuck with Bush.
