I'd lay pretty good odds that if Wilcher does write a check to the government with that amount on it, her debt will be marked as paid and her name taken off the scofflaw list. By the time someone catches the overdraft and rectify's the account, she could be long gone. And if that somehow does not come to pass, she at least stands a chance of setting the record for the world's largest bad check. If you're follow along, Jeanette, I say go for it.
