It was a startling reminder of how little the experts know, in this obesity-plagued nation, about the best way to lose weight and keep it off.
Actually, this has been known all along. It's just that people don't LIKE the answers. They are
(a) eat less
(b) exercise more

McDonald's, et al, "supersizes" everything these days. And people DRIVE, rather than walk, 2 or 3 blocks to the store.
