Hi CD,
skimmed over one key issue, D-E-B-T. Yeah, that's a big factor of why I disagree on the dollar. I think they want to be even more competitive and make existing debt cheaper. I doubt it'll collapse though.

Part and parcel of the above is I am still convinced that a huge rebalancing wealth (globalisation ??) is just starting with the US at one end and China / India at the other. Europe I think is just dust in the wind right now.
