Tom, I have no doubt that your long term investments will be rewarded. I am capable of being patient for days, weeks, and months, but not years. As well as I have done, I am trying to learn to do better and not give back so much of my gains as I have in the past. Clearly I am now influenced by being retired and wanting to stay that way. Although anything I buy needs to be on my "approved list" and must have attractive technicals to go with its fundamentals, the times when I load up or sell off the majority of my holdings are based on sector sentiment as reflected in the technicals of XAU and HUI. I expect those to be more to my liking in August. Currently I hold neither CBD or CKG, although I think that they are both good choices for the long term. vt
