I agree that the majority of people who upgrade don’t have problems. However, if you are the person it happens to it can be a real headache. Since we are talking only about a NAV update (not system works) I thought the 2003 version wouldn’t have much in the way of anything new and therefore the upgrade may not be worth it. Than again, getting the new version for the price of the renewal subscription (or less) is compelling.
