That's easy. We've had so many examples, in recent history, of Presidents trying to wriggle out of their lies. Watergate. Iran-Contra. The definition of "is".

The general operating principles, will be:
1. try everything except telling the truth. Be very creative.
2. throw up as many distractions as possible.
3. wrap yourself in the flag, and the "dignity" of the Presidential office.
4. hire a herd of lawyers to delay everything, hopefully till the end of your term in office.
5. classify all incriminating evidence, for national security reasons.
6. make sure everybody who knows anything is a Team Player.
7. have a list of sacrificial lambs, fall-guys, as a last resort.
