El Paso texas you'd be rich with 63K/yr, also that other town in Texas on the mexico border (forgot the name- starts with N?) Well- let me put it this way, you would be better off with 63K in El Paso vs. 630K/yr in Silicon Valley. Maybe not filthy rich or anything, but "well off".
