This man should be indicted along with the rest of the criminals in this administration.
US choice of disarmament to justify Iraq was political: Wolfowitz...

They LIED to the American people and they don't give a shit.

1 - Its not certain that they lied. The comment quoted earlier in the conversation was more along the lines of "there was multiple reasons for the war and we decided to stress the WMD part".

When Bush wanted to go to war last fall, poll after poll was saying that Americans wanted two things......UN approval and evidence that Saddam had WMD. At first, the Bush administration waffled on whether Iraq had WMD. Then, as the UN became more recalcitrant, the administration's stance on WMD became more definitive......finally, even Bush said they had WMD. There is no question that the administration lied to insure the support of the American public.

2 - Clinton lied to the American public, and then later lied under oath and you don't seem to care much.

Yes, Clinton lied about sex. How much money did we lose? How many people died? How many gov'ts fell? How much animosity was created in the world against us? How many allies did we lose over his affair?

3 - If the WMD claim is found to be an outright lie then I will "give a shit" but it still would not be grounds for an indictment.

I believe its grounds but it will never happen because of GOP control of Congress. And they know that.

Last fall, I knew they were lying so that issue doesn't come as a surprise. However, the most disturbing aspect of the article was Wolfowitz's attitude......talk about noblesse oblige.
