I started at the bottom of their chronology and immediately noted the absence of reference to France's refusal in 1986 to allow our F-111's to overfly their airspace in route to/from Libya, adding 2400 miles to the trip. And, of course, there was no reference to their most recent shennanigans in re Iraq.

That was enough for me.
