Having tremendous difficulty getting charts to load, are or have been they doing any maintenance or upgrading over there ?

my load times are horrendous ...

but I am not a paying customer , and won't be unless this improves ...but the site has never behaved this way in the past , always ran smooth as cream pie for me .
