Whatis the story with Equinix? Their price has gone up by almost 280% since April 1. I'm not seeing anything in the news to justify it. What gives?

Initially EQIX was a neutral entity, and didn't compete with their customers, who, at the time, were ISPs and backbone providers, exclusively. Now it seems that they've gotten a bit more intimate with their customers' customers, luring them into such things as multi-homing, security, "automated routing, billing and dynamic settlement technology." Do you agree?
