Well, it isn't as dumbass as it sounds. When you walked around the 3rd floor you couldn't see them. They would nestle somewhere between the bricks and facia boards. I used to stand in the yard at bat-time and watch them leave, and it was always at one of the peaks. I figured I'd seal that, watch again where they leave from next, then seal that, and so on. The house is old, I assumed there would be numerous escape hatches along where the brick and molding meet. Didn't think they'd pull a u-turn and go down into the house.

Getting rid of them was a process, but I got to like the little boogers after awhile. They're tenacious. And kinda cute, too.
