Re synthetic lease.

I was not paying close attention at that point, but as I recall the question was when would the issue be decided, and when would the changes appear -- if indeed there are changes. (Answer: not sure, we're still working on it.)

I'm assuming that this is something they are currently doing but might be forced to stop. While I understand the general nature of synthetic leases, I don't know the specifics as they pertain to NVLS. I.E. how much money is involved and what is the potential impact of a change in accounting for this item? Could it have a material effect on earnings or SE?
