Re synthetic lease.

There was a follow up question toward the end of the call. It questioned the reason for the current indecision. The response was that a synthetic lease with an entity that had "voting capability" (my paraphrase) might meet the accounting requirements, so (my take) they were not certain which road to take, restructure the synthetic lease or bring the asset on board.
