Common Good is basing its campaign on the fact that ethical rules require lawyers to charge only "reasonable fees." Seem reasonable to me. I'm surprised that we haven't heard more about trial lawyers being sued for taking a cut of an award that seemed unreasonable. The question of "resonable fee" needs to be thoroughly addressed by the courts, and finally resolved. M
