There is no question that the administration lied to insure the support of the American public.

No there definitely is a question. But even that question is a negative for the administration.

Yes, Clinton lied about sex. How much money did we lose? How many people died? How many gov'ts fell? How much animosity was created in the world against us? How many allies did we lose over his affair?

Clinton lied under oath. He committed a crime. It hasn't been established that Bush did lie, and as far as people dieing and governments falling the Baath party falling in Iraq is good, and the action against it save many lives.
